“Courses involved: - MB Toolkit - Body Cross Training - MB Toolkit - Working Centre Training One of the most misunderstood concepts in the martial arts world, in my limited experience, has been the concepts of "using the whole body in a connected way" and "use your centre". For basically most of my practice until now I thought it was an old way of saying "use your hips to drive the strikes" and "don't hold back", and a quite ineffective way to do so. Some time ago I realized that this was not the case and that ancient martial arts used a completely different "framework" to move the body, and I could experiment it in a way that made me understand what those expression meant, yet I still failed to grasp the practical way into this world. These two courses just provided that: a simple (but not easy at all) and effective no-nonsense approach to this subject, that allowed me to integrate methods to work directly with those two essential aspects of martial training. The coaching method is very direct and simple, provides you with all the necessary information to understand the correct method and the signs of a correct or an incorrect practice. Looking forward to try all the other courses.”

“In the early days of MMA, grapplers taught a valuable lesson to the world, painfully reminding everybody that you just cant ignore an entire aspect of combat. Then wrestlers shared an even more important one: No matter how good you are in one range or position if I can choose where is going to happen the fight and keep you there. Both lessons let us infer a third one: Mastering transitions leads to be able to dictate the progress of a combat. Here is where Stable Body can help us immensely. Stability is the bedrock of changes. Far from being a defensive feature, being stable means that we can control and steamroll through our opponents without being affected by their counters. Being super hard to sweep and throw while fully able to deliver your power is something you definitely want to have in your arsenal. ”
