Filmed and uploaded every week, Coach Chris guides you through specific exercises and techniques related to the 'topic' of the month. This weekly class is enjoyed by martial artists from every style imaginable, and you to can benefit from these fun and enjoyable follow along sessions.

The weekly MartialBody classes follow a common format and last for between 35 - 45 minutes. Each class can be viewed in a time to suite you and are uploaded everything Thursday to the training portal. The classes tend to follow a 'Subject of interest' which will be worked on for a series of weeks, each week building on the last. This means you will be able to understand and develop skill in a certain area over time.
