Join people from all over the world as we train in the MartialBody method every week. Filmed and uploaded every Saturday (UK time), Coach Chris guides you through specific exercises and techniques related to the current 'training block'. Training blocks are a subject that the weekly class covers in depth every week. For instance, we may cover the ConnectedBody, week in, week out for multiple weeks - really developing our skill and understanding over that time.

The weekly MartialBody classes follow a common format and last for between 35 - 45 minutes. Each class can be viewed in a time to suite you and are uploaded every Saturday to the training portal. The classes follow a 'Subject of interest' which will be worked on for a series of weeks, each week building on the last. This means you will be able to understand and develop skill in a certain area over time.
