The structured and methodical approach that Chris uses means you get to develop these attributes correctly from a much earlier stage, because they are built up step by step. Practical training for the Working Centre

Develop the central Nexus of the body

The lower abdomen was famous throughout the Martial Arts for its importance in power, stability and movement. Classically known in some systems as the Dan Tien or Tanden, in the MartialBody it is known as the 'working centre'.
