Using Tools & Objects

This course introduces you to the use of tools & objects to enhance your MartialBody Solo training. Especially useful for those who do not have a regular training partner, this work will help you to learn basic techniques with weight, a stick, a ball and a belt that you can then apply to many of the solo training methods in the MartialBody system.

A unique look at how to enhance body method development

This course looks at some of the fundamental approaches found within the 6 MartialBodys by using objects to test and develop them. This work will give you new context, new challenges and a new depth of understanding in your body.

The perfect training partner

One problem many practitioners encounter is the lack of a regular training partner. This is where the correct use of weights, belts and sticks can be come in handy! You can use objects to great effect to create similar training outcomes to those where a partner may be needed.
